Package??

Let me tell you a story----A long time ago, 2 years ago, My phone stopped working so I ordered a temporary phone off ebay to get me by. Needless to say when the phone came it didn't' work at all-new?? so we sent it back. That was AUGUST 12,2009 and On Thursday June 30th 2011 we just received the package back stating that the person had moved and left no forwarding....2 years. Where the heck has this package been floating around?? and I take it we didn't get the full refund back after sending the package back, since they never received it. You rarely get bad deals off ebay but once it awhile it does happen. I think it is nuts that it just came back from serving almost a 2 year mission to no where.
