This past Sunday Mark and I were given the opportunity to talk on trek. No we didn't wear our outfits though that would have been a real crowd pleaser. It was great to tell the stories of our experience and also have time to reflect on the real pioneers. Mark talked about the trek but related the entire trek like our life. It was really a good idea to have us think about this wonderful adventure one last time and to remember that everything comes with a price and we have it great.
I am so thankful that my mother made my dress (for the most part) she had a little assistance but it turned out fantastic and if I lived back in those days I would have wanted her around to make me more.
