part one of camping

Saige and Cody worked their way around the camp ground, day and night
Even though it was hot outside, the water was freezing, melted snow-so it took a little bit to get use too.

Mike and Mark came up with some clever ideas to make an S shaped dam so the kids could go down it like a water slide-only problem is that they had to work for hours and they had to patrol it so the kids wouldn't get sucked under a tree or hit rocks. It was fun though.
Here are a few of the guys/boys waiting for the little girls to take a ride down there amazingly built dam.
Here come the first 2-so scared they have to hold each others hands.
After a few practice runs they had to do a little mending to make it even that much better
Patrick decided to gice it a whirl-wooie such a natural high
Rylan even took a whirl-she relaxed and mentally zoned out with all the thrill
Ring around the Rosy-Sometimes the girls found entertaining things to do that did not get them in trouble-----
but other times Aunt Sheila would have to get after them. (clogging the toilets, missing the toilets when using them, etc)
Andreja and Rylan laughed so much as they rolled out the playdoh-what could be so funny, Who only knows.
While Justin and Cody were around for a little bit of extra time-Stick fighting was a huge hit. They would choose teams and go into battle.
Renee (my neice) with her fake tattoo-reading a book. She didn't have a lot of down time but what she got was probably refreshing
Samantha, Saige and Jazmyn loved taking turns floating on the creek. We tried to go down there at least one time every day so the kids would stay out of fights and trouble with each other.
Soda and Ambria played ball for quite some time. Ambria would throw the ball and Soda would jump in the air to grab it-It was great entertainment.
2 1/2 weeks of dirty, heavenly camping.

That picture of Sheila lecturing the kids is HILARIOUS. Looks like you all had a good time!
