Fire, Fire, Fire

Late Thursday when we were all in bed, the microwave towers started a fire from a shed (not really)----FIRE FIRE FIRE (you know the song)

We are hard up for entertainment around here and trying to do different things with our family. Over the past few days there has been a very big fire burning from Mosier to Hood River burning hundreds of acres, 3 houses, 1 barn and who knows what else. It is still going but not as bad as the first few days. On Friday and Saturday evening we brought over some blankets to the Washington side and watched the flare ups and the helicopters fighting the fire. It is terrible to see that many trees destroyed but it is also nice to see fire fighters in action. Thank you to all of our firefighters in America-hats off to you. The girls found their prime spot.
