Saige's Big day

2 down and 1 to go. Saige was baptized two Sundays' ago at our ward building here in Hood River. Nothing seemed to go right for the preparations of the baptism. Mark and I were so flustered that we didn't know how this day was going to work. The programs wouldn't copy right, the slide show was one mess after the other, we didn't get the clothes unitl that morning along with her interview. Somehow it did come together and we made it through-though I literally still have nightmares about it falling to pieces. We are so happy for Saige in making this decision. This is a choice she made on her own, something we didn't push on her so it makes it all that more important. 8 years old is a wise and wonderful age and I hope that she will use the council of choosing the right and listening to the Holy spirit when it comes to making those choices. We love you Saige.

I added this picture just for Saige. Saige's best friend Miriam was able to come to the baptism and over to our house afterwards for a fun BBQ. These 2 are like sisters.
